Aaron J. M. Antersijn
An Outstanding Security Specialist and Senior Security Consultant for leading companies in the Dutch Caribbean and South America, including financial institutions and hospitality related companies. He is an experienced lecturer with over 25 years of experience in security risk management, predictive profiling and security protection for government agencies including law enforcement and private entities in the Caribbean and South America. Besides numerous Security Management Certifications, Antersijn has been in the security industry for over 27 years and is a true professional. He has worked in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Emergency Management and has been an EMT-B, Leader for Emergency Teams, Cameras Surveillance Engineer and has lead various IP based Surveillance and Access Control integration projects for large financial institutions in the Caribbean. He has a diverse international background and has been involved in various projects in Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Antersijn completed his academic studies in Europe. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and an MBA Innovation and Change and speaks 4 languages fluently, (Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento.)
Marlon Richardson
After his career as Police Detective he joined the Security team of Maduro & Curiel's Bank Group. He worked as Security Manager for a couple of year at the bank group's subsidiary, Caribbean Mercantile Bank in Aruba.
7 years ago he was transferred back to Curacao and served as Deputy CSO of the group operations, were he lead many improvement projects on the different islands within the group. In the beginning of 2021 he was promoted to CSO.
Robert Candelaria
Robert Candelaria is an experienced change manager who started his career as a police inspector in the Aruba police force. He has lead Uniformed services, various Investigative detective units and was the Chief of Staff of the force. In each position he has lead the reorganization process of the departments to increase efficiency and raise output. Candelaria has been a bridge builder stimulating the collaboration between various government and private entities. After a successful career as a police executive he has transitioned to the private sector where he became the Corporate Director of Security for a large Corporation where he was in charge of their security in Aruba and Curacao. Candelaria moved with his family to Curacao after being asked to reorganize departments in Curacao. After 5 years Candelaria has been approached to move back to Aruba to start a political career, where he was elected as a member of Parliament. He served a 4 year term and has addressed various topics ranging from challenges in the field of justice policies to helping people with disabilities and addiction management. During his career Candelaria has been a member of various boards and is currently serving as the secretary of the board for the Asis Dutch Caribbean chapter. He is currently the Managing director of Detour Security and Compliance Services N.V.
Urvin Werleman
Has work for more than 17 years in different positions in the IT Department at Aruba Bank. In 2018 he was promoted as Manager of the Security Department of Aruba Bank. Assuming the responsable for the network, information and physical security.
Since 2020 he is also responsable for the Security of Orco Bank with branches in Curacao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten.
